1. Partnership Scope
UXM Studio collaborates with agencies for:
- Shopify development
- Technical implementation
- White-label services
Scope must be defined in writing.
2. Confidentiality
All shared information must remain confidential.
Partners may not:
- Disclose client details
- Reuse proprietary strategies
- Represent UXM Studio without permission
3. Non-Circumvention
Partners agree not to directly approach or solicit clients introduced by UXM Studio for a period of 12 months unless mutually agreed.
4. Revenue Sharing
Revenue splits must be defined in written agreements before project commencement.
5. Brand Representation
Partners must not:
- Misrepresent capabilities
- Promise unauthorized services
- Use UXM branding without written approval
6. Termination
Either party may terminate partnership with written notice.
Existing projects must be completed or mutually transitioned.
