1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging UXM Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services
UXM Studio provides:
- Shopify store design and development
- Theme customization
- Conversion optimization
- Technical consultation
- Related digital services
Scope of work will be defined in written agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom work remains the property of UXM Studio until full payment is received.
After full payment:
- Clients receive rights to use the delivered work.
- UXM Studio retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets remain under their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information
- Deliver required assets on time
- Review and approve work within agreed timelines
- Maintain valid licenses for Shopify apps and tools
Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
UXM Studio is not responsible for:
- Revenue loss
- Platform outages
- Third-party service failures
- Shopify policy violations by the client
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- Client engages in unlawful activities
- Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
Any work completed up to termination remains payable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
